FromNDArray

Description

FromNDArray[expr] returns expr with any dense buffer storage undone: a packed List becomes an ordinary List of separate elements, and an NDArray[...] becomes the nested List of its entries. Anything else is returned unchanged. Inverse of ToNDArray.
